                                 AN ACT


 
 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
at 305 Northwest 5th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as the ``Clara 
                     Luper Post Office Building''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CLARA LUPER POST OFFICE BUILDING.

    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 305 Northwest 5th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, shall 
be known and designated as the ``Clara Luper Post Office Building''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Clara 
Luper Post Office Building''.
