 <section id="H08F40EB82A734EC1823D128603C58A06" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Reauthorizing Security for Supreme Court Justices Act of 2019</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HA3806D3BBA0841529A36ADB509240D02"><enum>2.</enum><header>Protection authority of Marshal of the Supreme Court and Supreme Court Police</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 6121 of title 40, United States Code, is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="HDA9408683EFF4084B73B208566B1E455"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a)—</text> <subparagraph id="H7F005B2785EF4F6E8BF8E49813C73279"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>any State</quote> and inserting <quote>any location</quote>; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H192836F63F54416D9043FC59448237E1"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph (3)—</text> <clause id="H18F5595403DD4F38A33645DD9F48358D"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by striking <quote>violation of federal or state law</quote> and inserting <quote>violation of Federal or State law</quote>; and</text>
 </clause><clause id="H51CB4C90BFB4490480AE70FC3EFE1F3A"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>regulation under federal or state law</quote> and inserting <quote>regulation under Federal or State law</quote>; and</text> </clause></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HD7E49FE9BD6C4F33B6F95D157A1D957E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (b)—</text>
 <subparagraph id="HAF86631D97A84681B2DD43D52C22454E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking paragraph (2);</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HB1A415192C784CFBB4F841A7C2828DF8"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC">Additional requirements</header-in-text></quote> and all that follows through <quote>Duties under</quote> and inserting <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC">Authorization To carry firearms</header-in-text>—Duties under</quote>; and</text>
