			 abuse under chapter 7, qualifying members of reserve components of the
			 Armed Forces and members of the National Guard who, after September 11,
			 2001, are called to active duty or to perform a homeland defense activity
			 for not less than 90 days.</official-title></form>

 <section id="H507F89BEE4094060AA76A4C79A5339F5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>National Guard and Reservists Debt Relief Extension Act of 2019</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HFDE469A2C815477D938D8A954791FF9F"><enum>2.</enum><header>National guard and reservists debt relief amendment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 4(b) of the National Guard and Reservists Debt Relief Act of 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/438">Public Law 110–438</external-xref>; 122 Stat. 5000) is amended by striking <quote>11-year</quote> and inserting <quote>15-year</quote>.</text>
