<section id="H7D523F547EA54C51AADDA14C41DCC377" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards Program Extension Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H49D8CB14A0354FB2B66D9D77276DBE2B"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards Program of the Department of Homeland Security</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5 of the Protecting and Securing Chemical Facilities from Terrorist Attacks Act of 2014 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/254">Public Law 113–254</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/6/621">6 U.S.C. 621</external-xref> note) is amended by striking <quote>4 years</quote> and inserting <quote>5 years and 3 months</quote>.</text></section>
