 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3320(b)(4)(A)(i) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>more than the standard 128 semester (or 192 quarter) credit hours</quote> and inserting <quote>at least the standard 120 semester (or 180 quarter) credit hours</quote>.</text> </section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date chamber="House" date="20190624">Passed the House of Representatives June 24, 2019.</attestation-date><attestor display="yes">Cheryl L.
