			 River Drought Contingency Management and Operations, and for other
			 purposes.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body id="H6D0FC193FF6F4C1AA9CCFB42D48CD62A" style="OLC">
 <section id="HF31AF31DEC1B4FB89AB2C5FCE4DA40FD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Colorado River Drought Contingency Plan Authorization Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H9B70B475786E49B0AFB5EF20F4F67FC1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Colorado River Basin drought contingency plans</header> <subsection id="H44BFF669C7E744E99D10D32E70579C99"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law expressly addressing the operation of the applicable Colorado River System reservoirs, immediately upon execution of the March 19, 2019, versions of the Agreement Concerning Colorado River Drought Contingency Management and Operations and the agreements attached thereto as Attachments A1, A2, and B, by all of the non-Federal parties thereto, the Secretary of the Interior shall, without delay, execute such agreements, and is directed and authorized to carry out the provisions of such agreements and operate applicable Colorado River System reservoirs accordingly.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="HCD251F46E7F74A52B4B629EE6B74DB87"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effect</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this section shall—</text> <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE144022F30F047CBA0B5102662BFC011"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">be construed or interpreted as precedent for the litigation of, or as altering, affecting, or being deemed as a congressional determination regarding, the water rights of the United States, any Indian Tribe, band, or community, any State or political subdivision or district of a State, or any person; or</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H2B031309229141CC991922F6B1D00FE0"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">exempt the implementation of such agreements and the operation of applicable Colorado River System reservoirs from any requirements of applicable Federal environmental laws.</text>
