<official-title display="yes">To amend title 38, United States Code, to ensure the Secretary of Veterans Affairs permits the display of Fallen Soldier Displays in national cemeteries.</official-title>

<section id="H01A63AEBE6394791AAA69F14AB909D54" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Fallen Warrior Battlefield Cross Memorial Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="HBA123BBA17034F91BFF20E885EA0E036"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization for Fallen Soldier Displays in national cemeteries</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2403 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text> 
<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H7D33C097F8B54C1886569D0912AEE877" style="USC"> 
<subsection id="H9737CAE58FD04C4D9E8B4AA8ABFB1B60"><enum>(d)</enum> 
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HFC840577E4FB4F86A29A49845362D751"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Subject to standards established by the Secretary, the Secretary shall permit the display of a Fallen Soldier Display in any national cemetery.</text> </paragraph> <paragraph id="H394B7CCE09B74BB2944FAFDD87003D77" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this subsection, the term <quote>Fallen Soldier Display</quote> means a memorial monument in honor of fallen members of the Armed Forces that may include a replica of an inverted rifle, boots, helmets, and identification tag.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section>
