		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Riverside bridge project</header>
			<subsection id="idEBCEC832E9A84D8FB05AFE0D88E7F581"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Riverside Bridge Project is authorized to be carried out notwithstanding—</text> <paragraph id="idBC6D97F9DC9244C8A2456D751FAA2530"><enum>(1)</enum><text>any agreement entered unto under, or restriction pursuant to, section 404(b)(2) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5170c">42 U.S.C. 5170c(b)(2)</external-xref>); or</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idD4A7D897EFCA44E99B5C103C24E5722D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any other Federal restriction that requires the covered property to be maintained for open space, recreation, or wetland management.</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id873E466099B5435CA053D5823EC250B9"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conditions</header><text>As a condition of the authorization under subsection (a), Christian County, Missouri—</text> <paragraph id="id22FE4A51B5D0427B96EFE334DEAB51F2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall carry out the Riverside Bridge Project in a manner that ensures that no flood damage attributable to the Project occurs; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idAD5E05225A7840C985A699DA380A8691"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be liable for any such flood damage that does occur.</text> </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id84BFDECA0F314969BE7AFE6C7D9E8C94"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Disaster assistance prohibited</header><text>No Federal financial assistance pursuant to the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5121">42 U.S.C. 5121</external-xref> et seq.) may be provided with respect to the covered property or any improvements thereon.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="idEA6C95B3FE814D6682920B03E663BE1E"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In this Act, the following definitions apply:</text> <paragraph id="id92CF9211EA1A43B9B37AD864629D4026"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Covered property</header><text>The term <term>covered property</term> means the property—</text>
 <subparagraph id="id28E0778137824D5CB6A0375734D08943"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in Christian County, Missouri;</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="id7B4A705322CB4F029B5BF92B0947C7FB"><enum>(B)</enum><text>conveyed to such County by the Riverside Inn, Inc.; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="id7062D52A5D2A4B38A714A252BD7948B3"><enum>(C)</enum><text>that is approximately 1.5 acres and 482 lineal feet adjacent to the westerly line of Riverside Road to the center of Finley Creek.</text>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="idE99A6E62A432448ABE513FB5852FB61B"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Riverside bridge project</header><text>The term <term>Riverside Bridge Project</term> means the project to construct and operate a bridge on and over the covered property.</text> </paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body> </bill>
