 <section id="idEB34F4D652EE437580B66C120649CAFE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Justice Against Corruption on K Street Act of 2018</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>JACK Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="id90C59A50115B406CB8889280150CEBFF" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Disclosure of corrupt malpractice by lobbyists</header> <subsection id="id427DC5E3DE6C42E99BD69A37BEA0FF10"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Registration</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 4(b) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/1603">2 U.S.C. 1603(b)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="id078C9A2C81844C94BB24F166AFD7D451"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (5), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="idCA297735A0E7459DAC14AE8E5020AD90"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (6), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id13B379CB708E4AF491B36483FA3B49E6"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after paragraph (6) the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE6F916D62A2D44B195EF562890F09AE4" style="OLC"> <paragraph id="id575B04D0070E49F0A136DA9F2019EAB2"><enum>(7)</enum><text>for any registrant who was convicted in a Federal or State court of an offense involving bribery, extortion, embezzlement, an illegal kickback, tax evasion, fraud, a conflict of interest, making a false statement, perjury, or money laundering, the date of the conviction and a description of the offense.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id42950EE2E6DE4D83AA699965EB2C177A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Quarterly reports</header><text>Section 5(b) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/1604">2 U.S.C. 1604(b)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="id8CFA8E13FCC04019AF7A62BCEA6FB900"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (4), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idA7BE174AA063447A8CA527C04CECBC50"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD4883652A783489BA6F23588ECCD4530"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>
