			 display of Battlefield Crosses in national cemeteries, and for other

 <section id="H0F4D1BA59CBF4D919B40C85D1E243D1D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Fallen Warrior Battlefield Cross Memorial Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HE2E8FA87995541C6B7015B2C525A8E4A"><enum>2.</enum><header>Display of Battlefield Crosses in national cemeteries</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2403 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H86C98776F7694B15A298CE9B2B5F887A" style="USC">
 <subsection id="HFEC54345278D4F18B1BB0CB04A8AC43B"><enum>(d)</enum><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HC9626EF9740142D59FC3F12CB6B90872"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The Secretary may not prohibit the display of a Battlefield Cross in any national cemetery.</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="H20E1DFA14D114A1D9716AF97A40DC805" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this subsection, the term <term>Battlefield Cross</term> means a memorial monument in honor of fallen members of the Armed Forces that may include a replica of an inverted rifle, boots, helmets, and identification tag.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
