			 servicemembers.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause">
 <section id="id1F99EEAF760746F5842208CF7CB17636" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Military Consumer Enforcement Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="idD05AA1CFE5714BAF93AC9DE011D19F10"><enum>2.</enum><header>Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1002(12) of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/5481">12 U.S.C. 5481(12)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="id9EF3B2E650EB461BA564CE5F47E98C97"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subparagraph (Q), by striking <quote>; and</quote> and inserting a semicolon;</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="id1F6E74E5BCD64FC794E22D0F8D45749A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph (R), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id7394E78D111B4222AF53E18A587E4EF6"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idFC0C2F962F784C569B8C31634C6649A4" style="OLC"> <subparagraph id="idA6BEABD628954738915AAD9748742426"><enum>(S)</enum><text>sections 101, 106, 107 (except with respect to bailments), 108 (except with respect to insurance), 201 (except with respect to child custody proceedings), 207, 301, 302, 303, 305, and 305A of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/3911">50 U.S.C. 3911</external-xref>, 3917, 3918, 3919, 3931, 3937, 3951, 3952, 3953, 3955, and 3956).</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
