			 regulate certain uses of nitrous oxide, and for other purposes.</official-title></form>

 <section id="H3B4C8BC8B7794F958E90B075F196A573" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Myles Edward Scott Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H49138781EBA9425897121986040901D3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Report</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, in consultation with the Secretary of Transportation and the Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration, shall submit to Congress a report containing—</text>
 <paragraph id="H1BD07975ED074CC98DAE5D8A4BDA4CAB"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the results of a study of State regulatory requirements with respect to nitrous oxide that is manufactured and sold for use in automotive applications; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H7D2F30297E1C4C60AB5151EFB1A76484"><enum>(2)</enum><text>recommendations for Federal requirements with respect to such manufacture and sale that are needed to protect human health and safety.</text>
