			 practices, and for other purposes.</official-title></form>

 <section id="H5B9E364AB933443687E6A155546274F0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Follow the Rules Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H3617C991AF354E4A9CE58CBDB0B3679D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibited personnel action based on ordering individual to violate rule or regulation</header> <subsection id="H7C5E0B262F1A43FBA263566578895E81"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subparagraph (D) of section 2302(b)(9) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting <quote>, rule, or regulation</quote> after <quote>law</quote>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="HA2C32ED8CFB74C288149442267323A54"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Technical correction</header><text>Such subparagraph is further amended by striking <quote>for</quote>.</text> </subsection><subsection id="HF46329E7D7DE49B0B86E054EB24C768E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Application</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to any personnel action (as that term is defined in section 2302(a)(2)(A) of such title) occurring after the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
