Short title

This Act may be cited as the Ensuring Small Scale LNG Certainty and Access Act.

Small scale exportation or importation of natural gas

Section 3(c) of the Natural Gas Act (15 U.S.C. 717b(c)) is amended— (1)by striking subsection (b), or and inserting subsection (b),; and (2)by inserting , or the importation or exportation of a volume of natural gas that does not exceed 0.14 billion cubic feet per day after national treatment for trade in natural gas .
