<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H62858D0F9C9E43DF8AAEDB5CB63CF70B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Restoring Access to Medication Act of 2017</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H088824C239A144EA95CBEF3C406E2D2D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of disqualification of expenses for over-the-counter drugs under certain accounts and arrangements</header> <subsection id="H0CCD65CE0B3844F39E0E98122085CFAD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>HSAs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/223">Section 223(d)(2)(A)</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking the last sentence.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H43285C1467374FCA9E153F72A3F0505B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Archer MSAs</header><text>Section 220(d)(2)(A) of such Code is amended by striking the last sentence.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HE3CE68C6078B4F008E8FA1690B59953C"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Health flexible spending arrangements and health reimbursement arrangements</header><text>Section 106 of such Code is amended by striking subsection (f).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H86A4D87F984F41B4B8DACD80C8278272"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by this section shall apply to expenses incurred after December 31, 2016.</text></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
