<section id="H9D023B8B10CF4EC68FB7ADE88B8192BD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Human Trafficking on Our Roads Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="H62C30035BA6D4BFD89C2DDB396CD0A99" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Lifetime disqualification without reinstatement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 31310(d) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H392BE09A79764956AC4411BC737C2DF3"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the heading, by striking <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="USC">Controlled substance violations</header-in-text></quote> and inserting <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="USC">Lifetime disqualification without reinstatement</header-in-text></quote>;</text> </paragraph> <paragraph id="HD348AE7DF0604A10A5D34D27B4366D36"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>The Secretary</quote> and inserting <quote>(1) <header-in-text level="paragraph" style="USC">Controlled substance violations</header-in-text>.—The Secretary</quote>; and</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H162F7BD0509546238C49AF80903EC341"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HCE050623F20342279BD9BAF89456DAB9" style="OLC"> <paragraph id="H9F343483D4114D7FA4BA5C3F0D82EE4F"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Human trafficking violations</header><text>The Secretary shall disqualify from operating a commercial motor vehicle for life an individual who uses a commercial motor vehicle in committing a felony involving an act or practice described in paragraph (9) of section 103 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(9)</external-xref>).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
