<section id="H6A8D340239954F5AB35ED6EB8E240F11"><enum>111.</enum><header>Procurement authority for certain parts of intercontinental ballistic missile fuzes</header>
<subsection id="HEBBC5E2D28B346C9AD24AEB3A9FC93DC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Availability of Funds</header><text>Notwithstanding section 1502(a) of title 31, United States Code, of the amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2018 by section 103 for Missile Procurement, Air Force, $6,334,000 shall be available for the procurement of covered parts pursuant to contracts entered into under section 1645(a) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. <quote>Buck</quote> McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/291">Public Law 113–291</external-xref>; 128 Stat. 3651).</text>
</subsection><subsection id="H48699377E9944AD8898B30BFADBE94E6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Covered Parts Defined</header><text>In this section, the term <quote>covered parts</quote> means commercially available off-the-shelf items as defined in section 104 of title 41, United States Code.</text>
</subsection></section></subtitle><subtitle id="H8C0C4F6FC7E34087A8CF19C1B1116842"><enum>C</enum><header>Defense-wide, Joint, and Multiservice Matters</header>
<section id="HCD3B453AF49D46ADA4A411126CDCCFEA"><enum>121.</enum><header>F–35 Economic order quantity contracting authority</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of Defense may enter into one or more contracts during fiscal year 2018 for the procurement of economic order quantities of material and equipment that has completed formal hardware qualification testing for the F–35 aircraft for use in procurement contracts to be awarded during fiscal years 2019 and 2020. The total amount obligated under all contracts entered into under this section shall not exceed $661,000,000.</text>

<paragraph id="H9BB901DC0CAD4692BCB51EA4069F3D09"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the total authorized strength of units organized to serve as units of the Selected Reserve of such component which are on active duty (other than for training) at the end of the fiscal year; and</text>
</paragraph><paragraph id="H65BF9266C4414FAC82B20EF504AC9CAD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the total number of individual members not in units organized to serve as units of the Selected Reserve of such component who are on active duty (other than for training or for unsatisfactory participation in training) without their consent at the end of the fiscal year.</text>
</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H2B6105BE0F9D4967A075FAFF8E36612F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>End Strength Increases</header><text>Whenever units or individual members of the Selected Reserve for any reserve component are released from active duty during any fiscal year, the end strength prescribed for such fiscal year for the Selected Reserve of such reserve component shall be increased proportionately by the total authorized strengths of such units and by the total number of such individual members.</text>
</subsection></section><section id="HE26E0FF6AE714C1BBCA8AF85F369433C"><enum>412.</enum><header>End strengths for Reserves on active duty in support of the Reserves</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Within the end strengths prescribed in section 411(a), the reserve components of the Armed Forces are authorized, as of September 30, 2018, the following number of Reserves to be serving on full-time active duty or full-time duty, in the case of members of the National Guard, for the purpose of organizing, administering, recruiting, instructing, or training the reserve components:</text>

<section id="H3CD799C24AAE4A8DBB84FE7BBB3ED812"><enum>601.</enum><header>Fiscal year 2018 increase in military basic pay</header>
<subsection id="HDED7B028FBCF4715AB02C73EEA211E33"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Waiver of Section 1009 Adjustment</header><text>The adjustment to become effective during fiscal year 2018 required by section 1009 of title 37, United States Code, in the rates of monthly basic pay authorized members of the uniformed services shall not be made.</text>
