			 submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to
			 prepaid accounts under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and the Truth in
			 Lending Act.</official-title></form>
	<resolution-body id="H57D73BD4CCD94F97BC125A508411DDE1" style="traditional">
 <section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HBF602BCEAF804178A89EC1AF38DF6F03" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to prepaid accounts under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1693">15 U.S.C. 1693</external-xref> et seq.) and the Truth in Lending Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1601">15 U.S.C. 1601</external-xref> et seq.) (81 Fed. Reg. 83934 (November 22, 2016)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.</text>
