 <subsection id="HCD628B326F3D401EB747DCE1DCF59D45"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Prohibition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Department of State may not obligate or expend any funds to hire a contractor to deliver interactive, professional training seminars for senior-level officials on effective congressional testimony and briefing skills.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="H949AF9C9F5374BF2B69E60819721CDAB"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Unobligated balances</header><text>Unobligated balances of funds described in subsection (a) are hereby rescinded.</text> </subsection></section></legis-body> </bill>
