                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                          May 10, 2016.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
4336) entitled ``An Act to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
provide for the burial in Arlington National Cemetery of the cremated 
remains of certain persons whose service has been determined to be 
active service.'', do pass with the following

                              AMENDMENTS:

(1)On page 2, line 1, strike ``burial'' and insert ``inurnment''.

(2)On page 2, line 8, strike ``that'' and insert ``that,''.

(3)On page 2, line 11, insert ``above ground'' before ``inurnment''.

            Amend the title so as to read: ``An Act to amend title 38, 
        United States Code, to provide for the inurnment in Arlington 
        National Cemetery of the cremated remains of certain persons 
        whose service has been determined to be active service.''.
