                                 A BILL


 
 To amend the Trade Act of 1974 to increase the authorization of funds 
               for trade adjustment assistance for firms.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Displaced Jobs Relief Act of 2015''.

SEC. 2. INCREASED AUTHORIZATION FOR TRADE ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE FOR 
              FIRMS.

    Section 255(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2345(a)) is 
amended--
            (1) by striking ``$16,000,000'' and inserting 
        ``$50,000,000''; and
            (2) by striking ``2015'' and inserting ``2016''.
                                 <all>
