		<official-title>To amend title 23, United States Code, with respect to vehicle weight limitations for certain
			 logging vehicles, and for other purposes.</official-title>

 <section id="H9191A59CDB92416A8BD7735BBAE71F40" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Trees on the Interstate Means a Better Economy and Roads Act of 2015</short-title></quote> or the <quote>TIMBER Act of 2015</quote>.</text> </section><section id="H2882970BB3FB43D7BEF17413916AFD62"><enum>2.</enum><header>Vehicle weight limitations-Interstate System</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 127 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9383278801C24034BCF33EE3CAE91BDF" style="USC">
				<subsection id="H6F4BCC07AC5C4539812233CF7DC45D29"><enum>(m)</enum><header>Certain logging vehicles in Wisconsin</header>
 <paragraph id="H34762C047B7941B1981A700C4AB1F7D4"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall waive, with respect to a covered logging vehicle, the application of any vehicle weight limit established under this section.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HC11ABB8C321847AD9E8CD85128A1CBB5"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Covered logging vehicle defined</header><text>In this subsection, the term <term>covered logging vehicle</term> means a vehicle that—</text> <subparagraph id="H945F5F41B0DB4D76AE18349FDCAB1C24"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is transporting raw or unfinished forest products, including logs, pulpwood, biomass, or wood chips;</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HE4E75F244BB44FF18F089E37D2FA1C1E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>has a gross vehicle weight of not more than 98,000 pounds;</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H649393413AF84EB88E3D7EF849CBB6ED"><enum>(C)</enum><text>has not less than 6 axles; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H466C5553BE8D4E8E83391ACD1B8302BC"><enum>(D)</enum><text>is operating on a segment of Interstate Route 39 in Wisconsin from mile marker 175.8 to mile marker 189.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
