<official-title>To redesignate the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, located in the State of Washington, as the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, to establish the Medicine Creek Treaty National Historic Site within the wildlife refuge, and for other purposes.</official-title>

<section id="H3F380E4761D04819ADE74FDE76D8BFBA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Billy Frank Jr. Tell Your Story Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> <section id="HF3D5CC1D94464415853C9B97B8036795"><enum>2.</enum><header>Redesignation of the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge</header> <subsection id="HD6116441724D43F1BC1E24DB1A69640B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Redesignation</header><text>The Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, located in the State of Washington, is redesignated as the <quote>Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H18B7ABE13C104A8CB9D99C6237A94288"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in any statute, rule, regulation, Executive Order, publication, map, paper, or other document of the United States to the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge is deemed to refer to the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge.</text></subsection></section> <section id="HC069C02DD5454D6FBCDA1A6AA00930D2"><enum>3.</enum><header>Medicine Creek Treaty National Historic Site, Washington</header> <subsection id="H01634B498CBC4DC6BCBBC0482B034D2D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Establishment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There is established as a unit of the National Park System the Medicine Creek Treaty National Historic Site within the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge to commemorate the location of the signing of the Medicine Creek Treaty of 1854 between the United States Government and leaders of the Muckleshoot, Nisqually, Puyallup and Squaxin Island Indian Tribes.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HDD976F0B236A4EFB8852C61C3DD62C5A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Acreage and administration</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior shall establish the boundaries of the Medicine Creek Treaty National Historic Site and provide for administration and interpretation of the historic site.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HBBFC19B97D1648898D6342E3C38A5575"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Coordination</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior shall coordinate with representatives of the Muckleshoot, Nisqually, Puyallup and Squaxin Island Indian Tribes in providing for the interpretation of the Medicine Creak Treaty National Historic Site.</text></subsection></section>
