		<section id="H62FA440CA7F74EE491522F87CCE844B2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Modifications of online
			 access to certain financial disclosure statements and related forms</header>
			<subsection id="H597BCF3F9AE443D4B2590AD521E81007"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Public, online
			 disclosure of financial disclosure forms</header>
				<paragraph id="H4F723A3E7924441BA002240E2648B5D9"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Except with respect to financial disclosure forms filed
			 by officers and employees referred to in paragraph (2), section 8(a) and
			 section 11(a) of the STOCK Act (5 U.S.C. App. 105 note) shall not be
			 effective.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H017DD8BD5103485E9348573241A1CF95"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Exempted
			 officers and employees</header><text>The officer and employees referred to in
			 paragraph (1) are the following:</text>
					<subparagraph id="H10B8F7F15ED245AD8DC763365F39A942"><enum>(A)</enum><text>The
			 President.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HB0844266F505497CA88550B2B7C4CED1"><enum>(B)</enum><text>The Vice
			 President.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H1ADCEE612CF2419C9CEF55CDE67CCC54"><enum>(C)</enum><text>Any Member of
			 Congress.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HEE86D5F9F433495B8D25B171FB64233C"><enum>(D)</enum><text>Any candidate for
			 Congress.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H64CF12F5A2444A5A8E516FC28AE150BD"><enum>(E)</enum><text>Any officer
			 occupying a position listed in section <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/5312">5312</external-xref> or section <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/5313">5313</external-xref> of title 5, United
			 States Code, having been nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate
			 to that position.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HD3D19908CCF94568938C1746BD768D9F"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendment</header><text>Section 1 of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to change
			 the effective date for the internet publication of certain information to
			 prevent harm to the national security or endangering the military officers and
			 civilian employees to whom the publication requirement applies, and for other
			 purposes</quote> is repealed.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H1AA9A245D0E5457397E087954EB6686A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Electronic
			 filing and online availability</header>
				<paragraph id="HBFF22C74ECB04266841AE1290973BCBC"><enum>(1)</enum><header>For members of
			 congress and candidates</header><text>Section 8(b) of the STOCK Act (5 U.S.C.
			 App. 105 note) is amended—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H0D6326E43C0E4275BFA015216F7D9D77"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in the heading, by
			 striking <quote>,<header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC"> officers of
			 the house and senate, and congressional staff</header-in-text></quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HE0C8794395894B1AA5D2D787A8D9ECC0"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (1)—</text>
						<clause id="HEA7A85218EB143A1BF7C4BEFE2664D93"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 striking <quote>18 months after the date of enactment of this Act</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>January 1, 2014</quote>;</text>
						</clause><clause id="H4D5DD7FA861A490E892C3C263DA76FB3"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by
			 amending subparagraph (B) to read as follows:</text>

								<subparagraph id="H0359B745649B4321982E8E1C6017204D"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">public access to—</text>
									<clause id="H2DFD336EB4814431855CC4256EA7DA6F"><enum>(i)</enum><text>financial
				disclosure reports filed by Members of Congress and candidates for
				Congress,</text>
									</clause><clause id="H96F55D6911E84162BF2301E296FE96B5"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">reports filed by Members of Congress and
				candidates for Congress of a transaction disclosure required by section 103(l)
				of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, and</text>
									</clause><clause id="HCC5F870290F34D4FB7BA7C5CF4BA8C70"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>notices of
				extensions, amendments, and blind trusts, with respect to financial disclosure
				reports described in clauses (i) and (ii),</text>
									</clause><continuation-text continuation-text-level="subparagraph">pursuant to title I of the Ethics
				in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App. 101 et seq.), through databases that
				are maintained on the official websites of the House of Representatives and the
				Senate.</continuation-text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC60A120DBD724FF7AE92683918B7A86A"><enum>(C)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (2)—</text>
						<clause id="HE2A95223708B4417A3B267C354E55317"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 striking the first two sentences; and</text>
						</clause><clause commented="no" id="HD860CE850EB84EE8B8F5758387B48A01"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>in the last
			 sentence, by striking <quote>under this section</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>under paragraph (1)(B)</quote>;</text>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="HEDA3A8156C3B467E99F67F7A2E41E2FA"><enum>(D)</enum><text>in paragraph (3),
			 by striking <quote>under this subsection</quote> and inserting <quote>under
			 paragraph (1)(B)</quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id9da5258a9b5244dbbf8ee9c5439bc3b1"><enum>(E)</enum><text>in paragraph (4),
			 by inserting <quote>be able to</quote> after <quote>shall</quote>; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="HEB5DDF675D8A4219AF1D6CE27AE9B4A0"><enum>(F)</enum><text>in paragraph (5),
			 by striking <quote>under this subsection</quote> and inserting <quote>under
			 paragraph (1)(B)</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HFFE21CB7E98449F3A4C7C2D6E0C23C57"><enum>(2)</enum><header>For executive
			 branch officials</header><text>Section 11(b) of the STOCK Act (5 U.S.C. App.
			 105 note) is amended—</text>
					<subparagraph id="HEEE2210D563240BFA9DA1EACB71E5333"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in the heading, by
			 striking <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC">employees</header-in-text></quote> and inserting
			 <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC">officials</header-in-text></quote> ;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H19750B8D58DF487B9802E7F1F093686B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (1)—</text>
						<clause id="H3DC71555823248C788E1FEA7F564149C"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 striking <quote>18 months after the date of enactment of this Act</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>January 1, 2014</quote>;</text>
						</clause><clause id="H54C156CA278C4874989944AC6F1C7854"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by
			 amending subparagraph (B) to read as follows:</text>

				disclosure reports filed by the President, the Vice President, and any officer
				occupying a position listed in section <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/5312">5312</external-xref> or section <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/5313">5313</external-xref> of title 5, United
				States Code, having been nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate
				to that position,</text>
									</clause><clause id="HB43E1AAE1D704D6282F29990F80501B9"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">reports filed by any individual described
				in clause (i) of a transaction disclosure required by section 103(l) of the
				Ethics in Government Act of 1978, and</text>
									</clause><clause id="HC27AA481F68D47BDA3CD969846BC4EFE"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>notices of
				extensions, amendments, and blind trusts, with respect to financial disclosure
				reports described in clauses (i) and (ii),</text>
									</clause><continuation-text continuation-text-level="subparagraph">pursuant to title I of the Ethics
				in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App. 101 et seq.), through databases that
				are maintained on the official website of the Office of Government
				Ethics.</continuation-text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H429DF30465F442DBAC38F43046434D14"><enum>(C)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (2)—</text>
						<clause id="H8DB938B7D1D04AF5ABF8ED8716A0F01E"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 striking the first two sentences; and</text>
						</clause><clause commented="no" id="H21B893CCFFA8443BBC71F9CF4B0A9DED"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>in the last
