<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
<section id="d148883e62" identifier="/us/bill/113/s/611/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d148883e72" identifier="/us/bill/113/s/611/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>SANDIA PUEBLO SETTLEMENT TECHNICAL AMENDMENT.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Section 413(b) of the T’uf Shur Bien Preservation Trust Area Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t16/s539m–11/b">16 U.S.C. 539m–11(b)</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d148883e84" identifier="/us/bill/113/s/611/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>in the first sentence of paragraph (4), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>conveyance</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>title to be conveyed</quotedText>”; and</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d148883e95" identifier="/us/bill/113/s/611/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="add">adding</amendingAction> at the end the following:<quotedContent><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="6">“(6) </num><heading><inline class="smallCaps">Failure to exchange</inline>.—</heading><subparagraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650124"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">“(A) </num><heading><inline class="smallCaps">In general</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>If the land exchange authorized under paragraph (1) is not completed by the date that is 30 days after the date of enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary, on request of the Pueblo and the Secretary of the Interior, shall transfer the National Forest land generally depicted as ‘Land to be Held in Trust’ on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013, to the Secretary of the Interior to be held in trust by the United States for the Pueblo—</chapeau><clause class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650126"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="i">“(i) </num><content>subject to the restriction enforced by the Secretary of the Interior that the land remain undeveloped, with the natural characteristics of the land to be preserved in perpetuity; and</content></clause><clause class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650126"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content>consistent with subsection (c).</content></clause></subparagraph><subparagraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650124"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">“(B) </num><heading><inline class="smallCaps">Other transfers</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>After the transfer under subparagraph (A) is complete, the Secretary of the Interior, with the consent of the Pueblo, shall—</chapeau><clause class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650126"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="i">“(i) </num><chapeau>transfer to the Secretary, consistent with section 411(c)—</chapeau><subclause class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650128"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="I">“(I) </num><content>the La Luz tract generally depicted on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013; and</content></subclause><subclause class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650128"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="II">“(II) </num><content>the conservation easement for the Piedra Lisa tract generally depicted on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013; and</content></subclause></clause><clause class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650126"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content>grant to the Secretary a right-of-way for the Piedra Lisa Trail within the Piedra Lisa tract generally depicted on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013.”</content></clause></subparagraph></paragraph></quotedContent>.</content></paragraph></section>
