                  In the Senate of the United States,

                      December 12 (legislative day, December 11), 2013.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
3547) entitled ``An Act to extend the application of certain space 
launch liability provisions through 2014.'', do pass with the following

                              AMENDMENTS:

            Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the 
      following:

SECTION 1. LAUNCH LIABILITY EXTENSION.

    Section 50915(f) of title 51, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``December 31, 2013'' and inserting ``December 31, 2016''.

            Amend the title so as to read: ``A bill to extend 
        Government liability, subject to appropriation, for certain 
        third-party claims arising from commercial space launches.''.
