		<official-title display="yes">To amend the Standing Rules of the Senate
		  to prohibit a Member, officer, or employee of the Senate from disclosing or
		  using any material nonpublic information learned during the course of his or
		  her service for personal gain.</official-title>

		<section id="id6597B0A22BE047808E0248A2DED558B9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Amendment to the Standing
			 Rules of the Senate</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Rule
			 XXXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate is amended by—</text>
			<paragraph id="ID094cd7b4191945868b13890c8873e803"><enum>(1)</enum><text>redesignating
			 paragraph 15 as paragraph 16; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDb0cf8b27f82b4aa387e25fd4cf0c03b6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>inserting after
			 paragraph 14 the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id99EF2E2CA4E5481E82D30A9BE48278AA" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="idBEFF3386F2DE4437951F1B058A850780"><enum>15.</enum><text>A Member,
				officer, or employee of the Senate shall not disclose or use any material
				nonpublic information learned during the course of his or her service for
				personal
				gain.</text>
