			 extension of authorization of programs under the Small Business Act and the
			 Small Business Investment Act of 1958</header>
			<subsection id="id0C760EE81F32495EA88A6230AEE123F8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Section 1 of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to extend
			 temporarily certain authorities of the Small Business Administration</quote>,
			 approved October 10, 2006 (Public Law 109–316; 120 Stat. 1742), as most
			 recently amended by section 1 of Public Law 112–1 (125 Stat. 3), is amended by
			 striking <quote>May 31, 2011</quote> each place it appears and inserting
			 <quote>May 31, 2012</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id1F97C039C6F44689A02216D648844183"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect on
			 May 30, 2011.</text>
