		  States to make a technical correction relating to stainless steel single-piece

		<section id="H5406F3747D7D4421BFB1A0F578EE8CEC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Technical correction relating
			 to stainless steel single-piece exhaust gas manifolds</header>
			<subsection id="H30176CEF5649452785A773E62EA1DF2A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Stainless steel
			 single-Piece exhaust gas manifolds</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Heading 9902.40.94 of the Harmonized Tariff
			 Schedule of the United States is amended in the article description by striking
			 <quote>9902.01.50</quote> and inserting <quote>8409.91.50</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBE0E173001BF4B819B178F9E9EE04041"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header>
				<paragraph commented="no" id="H67E273A6F0664C42A0494A0A77EBCC79"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by
			 this section applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for
			 consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this
			 Act.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="HB7668698664B40B982F0962E6A3903BA"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Retroactive
			 applicability</header>
					<subparagraph commented="no" id="H7CDD025FC41E45359EBB622D9CDA8756"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding
			 section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision
			 of law and subject to subparagraph (B), the entry of a good described in
			 heading 9902.40.94 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (as
			 amended by this section)—</text>
						<clause commented="no" id="H10454A00F8814BBCACABE790AB9BBDE6"><enum>(i)</enum><text>which was made on
			 or after January 1, 2010, and before the 15th day after the date of the
			 enactment of this Act, and</text>
						</clause><clause commented="no" id="HEF9133C083A345D9BEB54CD79E997220"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>with respect to
			 which there would have been no duty or a reduced duty (as the case may be) if
			 the amendment made by this section applied to such entry,</text>
						</clause><continuation-text commented="no" continuation-text-level="subparagraph">shall be liquidated or
			 reliquidated as though the entry had been made on the 15th day after the date
			 of the enactment of this Act.</continuation-text></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="H53959113C68E4F408E243E2815285A08"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Requests</header><text>A
			 liquidation or reliquidation may be made under subparagraph (A) with respect to
			 an entry only if a request therefor is filed with U.S. Customs and Border
			 Protection not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act
			 that contains sufficient information to enable U.S. Customs and Border
			 Protection—</text>
						<clause commented="no" id="H2875C46F31744115B4C7C10560FF11CE"><enum>(i)</enum><text>to locate the
			 entry; or</text>
						</clause><clause commented="no" id="H486AEB748D074639A2FD0CA4B41B7517"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>to reconstruct
			 the entry if it cannot be located.</text>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD2D0F8D0F98042279C55C44B0007FDCC"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Payment of
			 amounts owed</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any amounts owed
			 by the United States pursuant to the liquidation or reliquidation of an entry
			 of a good under subparagraph (A) shall be paid, without interest, not later
			 than 90 days after the date of the liquidation or reliquidation (as the case
			 may be).</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="H6915F35588E044E3B29040AE4799F4A8"><enum>(D)</enum><header>Definition</header><text>As
			 used in this paragraph, the term <term>entry</term> includes a withdrawal from
			 warehouse for consumption.</text>
