			 fee</header><text>Section 402(g)(6)(A) of the Surface Mining Control and
			 Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1232(g)(6)(A)) is amended by inserting
			 <quote>and section 411(h)(1)</quote> after <quote>paragraphs (1) and
			 (5)</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id5DFA63BCD9AA4AD1BBB43596C9A1EDE6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Filling voids
			 and sealing tunnels</header><text>Section 409(b) of the Surface Mining Control
			 and Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1239(b)) is amended by inserting
			 <quote>and section 411(h)(1)</quote> after <quote>section
			 402(g)</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idF88860F4C8CA4A22889C04A08CBC886B"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Use of
			 funds</header><text>Section 411(h)(1)(D)(ii) of the Surface Mining Control and
			 Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1240a(h)(1)(D)(ii)) is amended by striking
			 <quote>section 403</quote> and inserting <quote>section 402(g)(6), 403, or
			 409</quote>.</text>
