		<section id="id1D782EDCCCC4468B9394FDBFCCE0BD51" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Pollution Accountability Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="S1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Oil and hazardous
			 substance liability</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 311(b)(7) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1321(b)(7)) is
			 amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="id5175FCBDEA9F40EB82E4FB2BD86F261A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (A), by inserting <quote>, whichever amount is higher</quote> before the period
			 at the end; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="idFD58C3F0638144DAAF87C3E7E0B039C6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (D), by inserting <quote>, whichever amount is higher</quote> before the period
			 at the end.</text>
