		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Fugitive Safe Surrender
			 Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 632 of the
			 Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (42 U.S.C. 16989) is
			 amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="id173B57C8F49D4C3DB2936007B4AC46C6"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (a)(1), by striking
			 <quote>Fugitive Safe Surrender is a program of the United States Marshals
			 Service</quote> and inserting <quote>Since its creation in 2005, the Fugitive
			 Safe Surrender program has been operated by the United States Marshals
			 Service</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="idA5D3AC0844E34C7E914C2EFD1A5A38AD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (b), by striking <quote>United States Marshals Service</quote> each place it
			 appears and inserting <quote>Attorney General</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="id578BA42719BD4F179E6396BA8F2AD0F4"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (c), by striking
			 <quote>United States Marshals Service</quote> and all that follows and
			 inserting <quote>Attorney General to carry out this section $5,000,000 for each
			 of fiscal years 2012 through 2016.</quote>.</text>
