			 exchange stores by certain disabled former prisoners of war</header>
			<subsection id="ID96DC4AB8BC264CF8A0BEC6403C4A2D38"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Chapter 54 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by
			 inserting after section 1064 the following new section:</text>

					<section id="idDCF5EC046BF24D0683786FBCF3863EE6"><enum>1064a.</enum><header>Use of
				commissary and exchange stores: certain disabled former prisoners of
				war</header>
						<subsection id="ID4F9930CB896E4402BCD70B7078EB2486"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>Under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Defense,
				former prisoners of war described in subsection (b) may use commissary and
				exchange stores.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="ID741C41F2A6BA4EDEAAA8E337C054AEB1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Covered
				individuals</header><text>Subsection (a) applies to any former prisoner of war
				who—</text>
							<paragraph id="IDEEA4DD9948414EB591CBBD2BAB96A78A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>separated from
				active duty in the armed forces under honorable conditions; and</text>
							</paragraph><paragraph id="IDC331A49D28FF4978B2551F70B049F94D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>has a
				service-connected disability rated by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs at 30
				percent or more.</text>
							</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID16B95D86F9874533BBE268F16C9785AE"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
				this section:</text>
							<paragraph id="ID97BF2EB23A2946E8830F98B7A06F9ACC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The term
				<term>former prisoner of war</term> has the meaning given that term in section
				101(32) of title 38.</text>
							</paragraph><paragraph id="ID5E281CDD9A6A4845ACC114A307E41E4F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The term
				<term>service-connected</term> has the meaning given that term in section
				101(16) of title
				38.</text>
							</paragraph></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDAE7584E115484F9B8BAE17E778AC2BFC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 54 of
			 such title is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 1064 the
			 following new item:</text>
