		<official-title>To provide for the conveyance of certain parcels of land
		  to the town of Alta, Utah.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyance</header>
			<subsection id="IDa456baac038b46c0a30c78a7c1368535"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
			 this Act:</text>
				<paragraph id="IDf4fe88cb32244e028785ccb7383df85f"><enum>(1)</enum><header>National forest
			 system land</header><text>The term <term>National Forest System land</term>
			 means the parcels of National Forest System land that—</text>
					<subparagraph id="ID3497737e87954f93b1fee24ac767c600"><enum>(A)</enum><text>are
			 located—</text>
						<clause id="ID610e6c4b3f404128a5176d4b190ff644"><enum>(i)</enum><text>in
			 sec. 5, T. 3 S., R. 3 E., Salt Lake meridian;</text>
						</clause><clause id="IDc05fea9486b1432ab3ac25f5a595b565"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>in, and adjacent
			 to, parcels of land subject to special use permit SLC102708, the authority of
			 which expires on December 30, 2026;</text>
						</clause><clause id="IDe7e5141823d24d748aad29e755f46477"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>in the
			 Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Salt Lake County, Utah; and</text>
						</clause><clause id="ID6429bd469aec46b8a9559fe7e303abf7"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>in
			 the incorporated boundary of the town of Alta, Utah; and</text>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDdb09b040fad543118024e36f2a805a2c"><enum>(B)</enum><text>consist of
			 approximately 2 acres (including appurtenances).</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="IDa415958ce0404bcd9fa0dd09f791804f"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of Agriculture.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID21ea16324ef34a6c9f20cf5ee2618eaf"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Town</header><text>The
			 term <term>Town</term> means the town of Alta, Utah.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID1c97dfacd135403c88fcf1303848d9eb"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conveyance</header><text>As
			 soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary
			 shall convey to the Town, without consideration, all right, title, and interest
			 of the United States in and to the National Forest System land.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID842f17048eca49d8a706de60d638ca9c"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Survey</header>
				<paragraph id="IDe987045ddab64abdb121e4b0d8bf42ea"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>In accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3), the exact
			 acreage and legal description of the National Forest System land shall be
			 determined by a survey approved by the Secretary.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDa3c6cc5d9ae94d8681f7a4bc500d2d3c"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Maximum
			 area</header><text>The acreage of the National Forest System land determined
			 under paragraph (1) may not exceed 2 acres.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID830df754a3ba4d91a7947268c7a4ffaf"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Cost</header><text>The
			 Town shall pay each cost arising from a survey described in paragraph
			 (1).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="IDc7197f4835664af1ba7a117379b3b57c"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Use of national
			 forest system land</header><text>As a condition of the conveyance under
			 subsection (b), the Town shall use the National Forest System land only for
			 public purposes.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDab022d53fb0e4e70afafe0ddb02bb6f0"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Reversionary
			 interest</header><text>In the deed to the Town, the Secretary shall provide
			 that the National Forest System land shall revert to the Secretary, at the
			 election of the Secretary based on the best interests of the United States, if
			 the National Forest System land is used for a purpose other than a public
			 purpose.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID857bd4f9bf53476bb6314182afb9df1b"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Additional
			 terms and conditions</header><text>With respect to the conveyance under
			 subsection (b), the Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions
			 as the Secretary determines to be appropriate to protect the interests of the
			 United States.</text>
