		<official-title>For the relief of Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De
		  Buendia, and Ana Laura Buendia Aranda.</official-title>

		<section id="ID82A8104A582B45DAA3D82B4C2FE1EF49" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Permanent resident status for
			 Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda de Buendia, and Ana Laura Buendia
			 Aranda</header>
			<subsection id="ID4FCF61DDF9BA40BEA698FFF1CBB35132"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text>Notwithstanding subsections (a) and (b) of section 201 of
			 the <act-name parsable-cite="INA">Immigration and Nationality Act</act-name> (8
			 U.S.C. 1151), Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De Buendia, and Ana Laura
			 Buendia Aranda shall each be eligible for issuance of an immigrant visa or for
			 adjustment of status to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent
			 residence upon filing an application for issuance of an immigrant visa under
			 section 204 of such Act (8 U.S.C. 1154) or for adjustment of status to lawful
			 permanent resident.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID73D3FD01173A481081775084D73D46FC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Adjustment of
			 Status</header><text>If Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De Buendia, or Ana
			 Laura Buendia Aranda enter the United States before the filing deadline
			 specified in subsection (c), Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De Buendia,
			 or Ana Laura Buendia Aranda, as appropriate, shall be considered to have
			 entered and remained lawfully in the United States and shall be eligible for
			 adjustment of status under section 245 of the <act-name parsable-cite="INA">Immigration and Nationality Act</act-name> (8 U.S.C. 1255)
			 as of the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID9DF7E01D8A374D1AB65FB47F2BB0697C"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Application and
			 Payment of Fees</header><text>Subsections (a) and (b) shall apply only if the
			 application for the issuance of an immigrant visa or the application for
			 adjustment of status is filed with appropriate fees not later than 2 years
			 after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDC38CBE85F8D447C8A10006C14E80481C"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Reduction of
			 Immigrant Visa Numbers</header><text>Upon the granting of an immigrant visa or
			 permanent residence to Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De Buendia, and Ana
			 Laura Buendia Aranda, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer
			 to reduce by 3, during the current or next following fiscal year—</text>
				<paragraph id="idD1BB395E4DB643ED99C14265A866BAF6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the total number
			 of immigrant visas that are made available to natives of the country of birth
			 of Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De Buendia, and Ana Laura Buendia
			 Aranda under section 203(a) of the <act-name parsable-cite="INA">Immigration
			 and Nationality Act</act-name> (8 U.S.C. 1153(a)); or</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="idEDB421CA718743DE89BC95673DA29474"><enum>(2)</enum><text>if applicable,
			 the total number of immigrant visas that are made available to natives of the
			 country of birth of Jose Buendia Balderas, Alicia Aranda De Buendia, and Ana
			 Laura Buendia Aranda under section 202(e) of such Act (8 U.S.C.
			 1152(e)).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID7202e764d797414d9e770feaeca073b7"><enum>(e)</enum><header>PAYGO</header><text>The
			 budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory
			 Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest
			 statement titled <quote>Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this
			 Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the
			 Senate Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior
			 to the vote on passage.</text>
