		<official-title>To provide that no Federal or State requirement to
		  increase energy efficient lighting in public buildings shall require a
		  hospital, school, day care center, mental health facility, or nursing home to
		  install or use energy efficient lighting if that lighting contains
		  mercury.</official-title>

		<section id="H24F5680CDA8D42DEA079260779D2C36A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Mercury-containing
			 lighting</header>
			<subsection id="HDCA1EEBACD8F4A89BA28628B9D84B047"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title III of the Energy Independence and
			 Security Act of 2007 (Public Law 110–140) is amended by adding at the end the
			 following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H65B3821E7E2B48F887A6E5FA6398E985" style="OLC">
					<section id="HF51819034B184E7CB51D7E0E604B8A81"><enum>326.</enum><header>Mercury-containing
				lighting</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding
				sections 321 through 325, and the amendments made by those sections, no Federal
				or State requirement to increase energy efficient lighting in public buildings
				shall require a hospital, school, day care center, mental health facility, or
				nursing home to install or use energy efficient lighting if that lighting
				contains
				mercury.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="HDF191CBD05C8450FA628A4E77664FA51"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Table of
			 contents amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table
			 of contents of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (Public Law
			 110–140; 121 Stat. 1493) is amended by adding at the end of the items relating
			 to title III the following new item:</text>
