		<section id="H3A99FB37A1B74127A03030FAE95C0928" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Better Use of Light Bulbs
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HAAC493EDF81E44B9837CD577D4ADD3C0" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Lighting energy
			 efficiency</header>
			<subsection id="H9B66A3FCC85846D590F1FA123102CFDE"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Subtitle B of title III of the Energy Independence and
			 Security Act of 2007 (Public Law 110–140) is repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H45246E3FF5EC4ABB99939CA5D6FA8ED2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Application</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42
			 U.S.C. 6201 et seq.) shall be applied and administered as if subtitle B of
			 title III of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (and the
			 amendments made by that subtitle) had not been enacted.</text>
