		  States participation in joint military exercises with Egypt if the Government
		  of Egypt abrogates, terminates, or withdraws from the 1979 Egypt-Israel peace

		<section id="id1F8E68B1BFCF46109BD2EB7BF4B8D708" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Conditioning United States-Egypt
			 Military Exercises Act of 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idDCEBF428E51246BBB24F9CA8DC00A8A5" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Contingent limitation
			 on availability of fiscal year 2013 funds for United States participation in
			 joint military exercises with Egypt</header>
			<subsection id="idD2B632A700FD4CBD926044477261C5D8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No amounts appropriated or otherwise
			 available for fiscal year 2013 may be made used for United States participation
			 in joint military exercises with Egypt if, during fiscal year 2013, the
			 Government of Egypt abrogates, terminates, or withdraws from the 1979
			 Egypt-Israel peace treaty signed at Washington, DC, on March 26, 1979.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idF9777876D2074FC881D3691DB3541CBA"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Waiver</header><text>The
			 President may waive the limitation in subsection (a) if the President certifies
			 to Congress in writing that the waiver is in the national security interests of
			 the United States.</text>
