		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Bradley Fighting Vehicle
			 Sustainment Act of 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id979067F7275244C6B7E7007F19515CFE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Study on Bradley
			 Fighting Vehicle industrial base</header>
			<subsection id="id18662C3AE3B546ADAAA1739C01382459"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of
			 this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall conduct a study on the Bradley
			 Fighting Vehicle industrial base.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id8607581AF5A6438990F8F1E567E9D1C0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Content</header><text>The
			 study required under subsection (a) shall—</text>
				<paragraph id="idC35404C41FED4437A738E112ACB03F9E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>assess the
			 quantitative impacts of a production break for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle,
			 including the cost of shutdown compared to the cost of continued production;
			 and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id69D6D72E617C4F898A893C29CB6DEA7F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>assess the
			 qualitative impacts of a production break for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle,
			 including the loss of a specialized workforce and supplier base.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
