		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Base Redevelopment and
			 Indemnification Correction Act of 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id65A69EC426884B328549AE0B1BDFA3D7"><enum>2.</enum><header>Indemnification
			 of transferees of property at any closed military installation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 330 of the National Defense
			 Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1993 (Public Law 102–484; 10 U.S.C. 2687
			 note) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="idA01E8F8D3CF34CE694A6090F8DC942D9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (a)(1), by striking <quote>pursuant to a base closure law</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>after October 24, 1988, the date of the enactment of the Defense
			 Authorization Amendments and Base Closure and Realignment Act (Public Law
			 100–526; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note)</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="id5DB4D5D762E0449E966C98906577C76B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (f), by striking paragraph (3).</text>
