		<official-title>To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the
		  Secretary of Veterans Affairs to transport individuals to and from facilities
		  of the Department of Veterans Affairs in connection with rehabilitation,
		  counseling, examination, treatment, and care, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

			 to and from facilities of Department of Veterans Affairs</header>
			<subsection id="id320DBA7A041E4BA7B8A8E6D4075BC939"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Chapter 1 of title
			 38, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 111 the following
			 new section:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idB171523463EA440EB4BBFC8B82114D91" style="USC">
					<section id="id4F4C03833A7F43C08363B8A6A0EA9074"><enum>111A.</enum><header>Transportation
				of individuals to and from Department facilities</header>
						<subsection id="idFB16888EC91E4D7698B46AE5F3E46119"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Transportation
				by Secretary</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary
				may transport any person to or from a Department facility or other place in
				connection with vocational rehabilitation, counseling required by the Secretary
				pursuant to chapter 34 or 35 of this title, or for the purpose of examination,
				treatment, or
				care.</text>
						</subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="id0F84FF5119AC44149656757A1D0F0E4D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendment</header><text>Subsection (h) of section 111 of such title is—</text>
				<paragraph id="id3577CB921801450CA8BE12E5083F1756"><enum>(1)</enum><text>transferred to
			 section 111A of such title, as added by subsection (a);</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id9BBCCC2D32964C81A32F22AF96B79923"><enum>(2)</enum><text>redesignated as
			 subsection (b);</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id1BCB755EC83A4688AD4ED690883EAF6C"><enum>(3)</enum><text>inserted after
			 subsection (a) of such section; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id2A1AD98E061443A1BFE10DD12291888B"><enum>(4)</enum><text>amended by
			 inserting <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="USC">Transportation
			 by third-Parties</header-in-text>.—</quote> before <quote>The
			 Secretary</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idE294CEDFCCD94777818A5E5097C644AF"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of
			 sections at the beginning of chapter 1 of such title is amended by inserting
			 after the item relating to section 111 the following new item:</text>
