		<official-title>To amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to halt the
		  premature proposed listing of 4 central Texas salamander species resulting from
		  a settlement agreement, and to take into account extensive, ongoing State and
		  local conservation efforts. </official-title>

		<section id="id4D6578C7C61C4464B21FF504847A0EFB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Salamander Community Conservation
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="S1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Certain
			 salamanders</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 10 of the
			 Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1539) is amended by adding at the end
			 the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8B5E44A63AAA4A429B0B0ABD28C87F78" style="OLC">
				<subsection id="id0031B3537DCF4A928B7E90E7440BB8AD"><enum>(k)</enum><header>Certain
				salamanders</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 4(a)
				shall not apply to—</text>
					<paragraph id="idbf0e3700105e4c9eb53887e3bc0e1e0a"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Austin blind
				salamander;</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="id2F602521F8D748D9952CCB2288DBC4AB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Georgetown
				salamander;</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="id4809D55DA529495CB1CDA0D0B4B817C1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the Jollyville
				Plateau salamander; or</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="id251c879e00b747508d9ccab75041b3c6"><enum>(4)</enum><text>the Salado
				salamander.</text>
