		  the Federal building and United States Courthouse located at 200 East Wall
		  Street in Midland, Texas, as the <quote>George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush
		  United States Courthouse and George Mahon Federal Building</quote>, and to
		  designate the Federal building housing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms
		  and Explosives Headquarters located at 99 New York Avenue N.E., Washington,
		  D.C., as the <quote>Eliot Ness ATF Building</quote>, and for other

			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Federal Buildings Designation Act
			 of 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id196FA1607F6D4AA58C4C3C7C1E3DAD55"><enum>2.</enum><header>Environmental
			 Protection Agency Headquarters</header>
			<subsection id="idECE6B9A1F90944E2838E492A272EFDB0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Redesignation</header><text>The
			 Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters located at 1200 Pennsylvania
			 Avenue N.W. in Washington, D.C., known as the Ariel Rios Building, shall be
			 known and redesignated as the <quote>William Jefferson Clinton Federal
			 Building</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id4BE7CFEFD5AC49259C9591218F62B9C3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any
			 reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the
			 United States to the Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters referred to
			 in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>William
			 Jefferson Clinton Federal Building</quote>.</text>

			 and George W. Bush United States Courthouse and George Mahon Federal
			 Building</header>
			<subsection id="id83A72615375343498D7928210C804C75"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Redesignation</header><text>The
			 Federal building and United States Courthouse located at 200 East Wall Street
			 in Midland, Texas, known as the George Mahon Federal Building, shall be known
			 and redesignated as the <quote>George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush United
			 States Courthouse and George Mahon Federal Building</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HC601050EEA4B4FBA9CD82B33EFA72F0C"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation,
			 document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building
			 and United States Courthouse referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to
			 be a reference to the <quote>George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush United States
			 Courthouse and George Mahon Federal Building</quote>.</text>

				<paragraph id="id8259C387C3194681AF23EBD908666B6C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>The
			 Federal building housing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
			 Explosives Headquarters located at 99 New York Avenue N.E. in Washington, D.C.,
			 shall be known and designated as the <quote>Eliot Ness ATF
			 Building</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id429925EE71A54215B3C23C679378DC28"><enum>(2)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any
			 reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the
			 United States to the Federal building referred to in paragraph (1) shall be

			 pool</header>
				<paragraph id="id0D09CB87D36248649A6D020CC3E5A3AB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>The
			 reflecting pool located on the grounds of the Federal building described in
			 subsection (a) shall be known and designated as the <quote>Ariel Rios
			 Reflecting Pool</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id466619CFB9EB4F9086046EF801D98858"><enum>(2)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any
			 reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the
			 United States to the reflecting pool referred to in paragraph (1) shall be
			 deemed to be a reference to the <quote>Ariel Rios Reflecting
			 Pool</quote>.</text>
