		<section id="ID43C2B5A23CFE4B308FD3CC6085D3BAB5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Difenoconazole</header>
			<subsection id="ID2C457D22F69B465CB4155403B1868DE4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Heading 9902.02.12 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of
			 the United States (relating to difenoconazole) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="id4A297CB4413B46448E7783DBCD8CCBD7"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>Free</quote> in the column 1 general rate of duty column and inserting
			 <quote>2.3%</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id20F714B7293742719A53707B746EE54A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the
			 date in the effective period column and inserting
			 <quote>12/31/2015</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID1B47577F6E2146E784C7477B8B0C3331"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by subsection (a) apply with respect to
			 goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the
			 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
