		<section id="H8A81E4F13F8C44539383A8EDA3EB45FE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Interest Rate Reduction
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCA4082C1346C45A48EC47D50F61F3908"><enum>2.</enum><header>Interest rate
			 extension</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subparagraph (D) of
			 section 455(b)(7) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C.
			 1087e(b)(7)(D)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H9DCF70D982D04C62BE7CEBBFA836BA29"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the matter
			 preceding clause (i), by striking <quote>2012</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>2013</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HDDB525CF337247DAB0DF1256D5B5BCAB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (v), by
			 striking <quote>2012</quote> and inserting <quote>2013</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HA5FD0A7F755844E5A79B20B1C9B2AE07"><enum>3.</enum><header>Repealing
			 prevention and public health fund</header>
			<subsection id="H5079211B28694A659C22355C0D2C59BC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 4002 of the
			 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 300u–11) is
			 repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HDFA1599DA6F442A6A5C60F95FC3824D5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Rescission of
			 unobligated funds</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Of the
			 funds made available by such section 4002, the unobligated balance is
			 rescinded.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H384A516B0BAF49708CAC59116D39B07C"><enum>4.</enum><header>Compliance with
			 Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects of this Act, for the
			 purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be
			 determined by reference to the latest statement titled <quote>Budgetary Effects
			 of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted for printing in the
			 Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, provided
			 that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.</text>
