			<subsection id="idAF027D625CEE47DEBBB3EC7855FA4677"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>The
			 United States courthouse located at 709 West 9th Street, Juneau, Alaska, shall
			 be known and designated as the <term>Robert Boochever United States
			 Courthouse</term>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id2DFA8506D53A46A5ABDB7ED9A60A62FC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any
			 reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the
			 United States to the United States courthouse referred to in subsection (a)
			 shall be deemed to be a reference to the <term>Robert Boochever United States
			 Courthouse</term>.</text>
