			<subsection id="idBBA69353046E47E5878E3843A4C86A3E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Maximum fuel
			 economy increase for alternative fuel automobiles</header><text>Section
			 32906(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>(except
			 an electric automobile)</quote> and inserting <quote>(except an electric or
			 natural gas automobile)</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idFAF57DD9A23C447C8A43F25D1E9C3443"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Automobile fuel
			 economy definitions</header><text>Section 32901(a)(8) of title 49, United
			 States Code, is amended by inserting <quote>, but the inclusion of a reserve
			 gasoline tank for incidental or emergency use in the event of alternative fuel
			 depletion shall not detract from the dedicated nature of the automobile</quote>
			 before the period at the end.</text>
