		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Re-empowerment of Skilled and
			 Professional Employees and Construction Tradesworkers Act</short-title></quote>
			 or the <quote><short-title>RESPECT
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idC8810754A1DB4DA09585AD68B9CE5BB8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment of the
			 National Labor Relations Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2(11) of the National Labor
			 Relations Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/152">29
			 U.S.C. 152(11)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="id5AA7340A86A844FE9A22CAF3ACD8C13E"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by inserting <quote>and for a majority of
			 the individual’s worktime</quote> after <quote>interest of the
			 employer</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="id43E4CECA1EB04DF4A509C13FE67383D2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>assign,</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="idE7DF72F3D3F744E296E3DFDFFD321425"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>or responsibly to direct them,</quote>.</text>
