		<official-title>To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify
		  that paper which is commonly recycled does not constitute a qualified energy
		  resource under the section 45 credit for renewable electricity production.

			 commonly recycled from definition of municipal solid waste</header>
			<subsection id="id7F20E7C1B79948A98689B3F58276B133"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 45(c)(6) of
			 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by inserting <quote>, except that
			 such term does not include paper which is commonly recycled</quote> after
			 <quote>(42 U.S.C. 6903)</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id5A568D37B2094A5BAC2C9637E7B73407"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall apply to
			 electricity produced and sold after the date of the enactment of this Act, in
			 taxable years ending after such date.</text>
