			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>HUBZone Protection Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id0E29132503504EC19C6ACA51E2B6FE13"><enum>2.</enum><header>Redesignated
			 areas</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(p)(4)(C)(i) of
			 the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632(p)(4)(C)(i)) is amended to read as
			 follows:</text>
